Christ the King Books

I read this book several years ago; it is a wonderful book. It opened up a new realm of wonder & learning for me. It made me want to share this book with others and I did give mine away. Now I am buying it again for myself.

This book really brought Jesus into perspective for me...if you want to learn about His deity, His humanity, and His very special Uniqueness, this is the book to read. It will change your life.

I just finished this book and was so affected by the fleshing out of all the familiar people in the Biblical account of Jesus, the Messiah's unveiling to the Jewish world. You follow Jonathan, the nephew of Joseph of Arimathea, as he is introduced to Jesus and Jonathan's reaction as his world becomes familiar with the Messiah. This book is a page-turner and I will be recommending it to my friends!

This book provides a whole new look at The Christmas Story. It is a wonderfully written, well illustrated account of a camel's view of the birth of the Christ Child. Highly recommended

This book has greatly encouraged me over the years. It is also very practical for Christian living.

I consider illustrations a very important part of children's books and these illustrations are outstanding. It is a very beautiful book retelling an old story.

Most of us search for purpose in our lives, and children are no exception to this. In the new book Duncan Carries a King (Kregel Kidzone, January 2005, hardcover, 32 pages) authors Dan Taylor and Damon J. Taylor introduce the character Duncan the Donkey. The book provides material for the lay person in ministering to loved ones, friends, and associates involved in the occult/New Age. It provides help for pastors for counseling those with New Age and occult backgrounds. There is material within the book designed with questions for the church leader to use in study groups relating to postmodern relativism, occult and New Age. The book can be used by seminary students wanting to be equipped to minister to the needs of those influenced by New Age teaching.

Dr. Sandra Clifton writes with clarity as she calls the reader to action through a loving, listening outreach. Her writing is Biblical, informational and inspirational. "From New Age to New Life" is an important and timely book.

This book has the most amazing illustration and the most beautiful story. You fall in love with the prince and the other characters in the book. The drawings and the illustration is so incredible. It will rank as one of the most beautiful children's book ever done. I wish they can make a movie based on this book. If you have a son/daughter or a nephew/niece or godson/goddaughter, you should buy this book!
