This book is the best for children and adults of all ages. It catches the real story of children and how they are at birthday
parties. It is funny. My child says, "Read it again, Mom!" What more could you ask for?

My son enjoys the repetition of the story. On each page the scientist attempts to assemble the pieces in the box. He has many
failures before he finally succeeds. The illustrations by Warren Linn really makes the book funny.

The Happy Birthday CD takes you on a spectular, powerful, and rejuvenating experience of celebrating you. The celebration
places you in the middle of the most elegant and fabulous setting, that is designed for the important person you are. The
stage is set for you to receive the wonderful gifts of the Universe, from the most wonderful individuals of your past and
present.
Many of us do not realize that the Universe has placed us where we are today, for a reason and season. Therefore, it can be hard for us to celebrate our Being and our Purpose. If you receive the gifts of the Universe, then the power of "you" will come into focus and the celebration will begin. As this happens, allow the voice of Jeanie to take you to the next level of celebrating "you".
Everyday is your birthday, so enjoy the celebration. Enjoy being you!

A celebration of one's life can happen at any time with this guided meditation. Jeanie Marshall, in her soft and caring voice, leads the participant to a place of accepting the gifts presented. Happy Birthday: Celebrating your Life is a wonderful way to spring back into life if feeling down or lacking self-esteem.
The gifts received during the meditation from friends and spirits are what you need them to be at that moment. Each time you listen to the meditation, different gifts by different beings are presented, because of course, you are in a "different" place each time.
Of all the guided meditations that Marshall has in her repertoire this is my favorite. When I use the meditation in the morning it sets my day as being calm and collected, full of gratitude for the gifts that life gives me.

The monster under the bed books is one of the best series I've come across. The author doesn't speak down to children. Choosing
instead to let kids rise to the task of understanding words such as "uncertainly". The stories flow well, the morals are fun
as well as informative, and the illustrations have plenty happening in them so there's always something new to see. My kids
fight over these books (3 and 5 yr old)... they are a STEAL. I highly recommend them.
Poor Huggly's adventures are great fun to read!

My son (4.5 years old) wants us to read him this book, and the other Huggly books, every night. He laughs at the story, which
is a riot. His favorite parts are the hugs, and the monster's face when he gets hugged. The pictures are wonderfully ridiculous,
especially the bug-eyed big people.

My daughter stumbled across a stuffed Humphrey elephant, and it quickly became her most prized possesion. Humphrey is popular
is Great Britain, but harder to find here. We were thrilled to find out that there's a series of books too. The illustrations
in the books are just precious. The colors are soft, and the details are darling. Humphrey's Birthday is very sweet. The author
puts you back into the mind and innocence of being little and having a special day. My daughter has enjoyed this book for
more than a year, and she still wants to read it all the time. This book makes a GREAT birthday present/keepsake book. If
you like this one, check out the whole series!

I absolutely love this book, and so does my 2-year-old! I got it for her just before her 2nd birthday to introduce the concept
to her, and she is completely captivated by it. Like all the Humphrey books, it's so beautiful to look at, the characters
and their little dilemmas are easy to identify with, and the story is just warm and lovely. Classic Humphrey and Lottie fun!

I've recently been researching children's books to purchase for my K-3 classrooms. Daniel Kirk's books are gorgeous to look
at. They must be picked up and read. The colorful illustrations are irresistable. Kirk's story has elements and wording of
the original tale, but he puts his own updated unique twist on the classic. The rhyming text rolls off the tongue. This is
a good picture book for the K-3 crowd.

I am reading this story to all K-2 students in the library at my school. The teachers and the kids love it. The story in
rhyme is a hoot. It's got plenty of action and yet is thoughtful and has similarities to the original rhyme. The kids liked
comparing this to the original and provoked us into reciting the original as well. The illustrations are also bold, bright
and really cute. Humpty has the look of a child rather than a wierd egg person. Daniel Kirk has created an exceptional retelling.
I highly recommend this book!

I'm a very difficult person to buy presents for, and normally end up with things I don't really want. I was given this book
and have really enjoyed reading it and the projects in it.
There's enough here to keep me entertained for many weekends, and I highly recommend it as a present for others!

What great fun!! It's the baking soda volcano and the soda bottle tornado -- TIMES 100!!!! This book is rife with clever
ideas that will leave you hankering for more time in the kitchen! Between sending my husband out for supplies and bringing
my creations over to my neighbors, I don't think I've had this much fun in the kitchen since the renovation of 2002 - when
I was literally sledge hammering my way through the bane-of-my-existence formica that had been drilling holes in my psyche
for over a decade. THAT is the kind of fun this book restores to your kitchen-weary soul!

Handy pen

With this little product, Inka competes squarely with the Fisher Bullet Space Pen, but with a new twist. This is (as far
as I know), the ONLY tiny pen on the market that is meant to go on a keychain. The Fisher Bullet might be more ergonomic,
but it is something else to carry. If this does not bother you, go for the Fisher. On the other hand, lots of people have
claimed to be on their 2nd or 3rd Bullet because they lost it. It is also something else that you have to remember to grab
on your way out the door. The Inka, on the other hand, is quite happy to live on your keychain, and, if you drive a car,
you have your keys (and your pen) with you when you leave the house. It is a little bit of a pain to have to do the fiddling
necessary to get a full-size pen when you need it, but that is a small price to pay for a pen that you know will always work
and always be with you. The only real down side (other than having four parts and having to "transform" the pen) is that
the ink cartridge looks like it does not hold too much ink, but the ink is pressurized, so it should work perfectly until
it's bone dry. Don't plan to write a novel with it without having to change the ink. I use mine occasionally, and it has
lived on my key chain for about three years, and still writes (and looks) like brand new. Highly recommended.
Inka is the coolest pen - a fantastic personal accessory and convenience.

The Inka lives on your keychain as a tiny little tube. In a flash you can pull out the tiny little pen that lives inside.
It's a great pen - pressurized like a Fischer space pen - and never leaks. If you have a second you can unscrew the tube case
from the keychain, unscrew the bottom from the tiny pen, and then screw the case onto the pen to make a lovely and functional
full sized pen.
Why bother? For me, I always had a ton of cheap ballpoint pens in my pack and sometimes they'd leak and whenever I didn't have my bag I didn't have a pen. The Inka means I ALWAYS have a good pen on me. I'll stop accumulating disposable pens (which will help the environment in a tiny way) and stop getting messy ink in my pack.
This thing is the bees knees. Titanium looks great, and is super light and strong. Is it worth the extra money over the stainless steel version? I don't know and I don't care. I bought the titanium one.
My only quibble is that the PDA stylus part lives in the back of the pen - so you can't construct a full sized PDA stylus pen (the metal tube needs to screw in where the PDA stylus part lives. This means that when you use Inka as a PDA stylus you must use it in "tiny pen" mode which makes it ergonomically not much better than the normal PDA stylus. Also, you have the end cap of Inka in your hand because it normally stows over the PDA stylus tip. So - final conclusion - Inka is the perfect solution to the personal pen issue for folks with a keychain who don't wear a jacket all the time. But it's not the perfect PDA stylus solution.
