I thought that this book is a great book for children. The illustrations are great and the storyline is simple enough for young children. My children thoroughly enjoyed it.

Every year our family finds itself looking at our town's Christmas lights. CHRISTMAS LIGHTS is a great way to "re-enjoy" our trip.

I absolutely love this story. The words are calming and flow so nice. Around the holidays it was a favorite when my children were younger. The illustrations by Stefano Vitale are also wonderful and perfect for the text.

I have been looking for this book for two years, after I borrowed it from a library. Both of my kids, 3 and 1 at the time, loved it, but so did my husband and I. This is a sweet story about the animals who come to give their gifts to the baby Jesus. The text is in verse and is easy to understand, but will appeal to all ages. The illustrations are photos of beautifully painted scenes on a wood background. It will be a family favorite in our house for many years.

In this book the author brings us channeled material on these special days of the Christmas season. She explains how she sat down with a lit candle, the intent to share love and enlightened messages with the world and then the words would just effortlessly flow. After reading this precious book, I can understand a lot more about the need to be quiet and listen to our still small voice inside.

The book is broken up into 12 sections given to the 12 days after the celebration of Christmas, but as the author points out can be also used during the months of the zodiac, because each month, as each day has it's own focus, and it's own spiritual message. In one of her many prose, Merry tells us each ray of sunlight shows us the rainbow a sentiment I wholeheartedly agree with. Love shines on every page through a compilation of words, and wonderful illustrations and I was left feeling so close to God. I would recommend this book to anyone who feels the spirit of Christmas lives on and on in every day and every way. Thanks Merry.

We love this book! It is a great picture of life on the farm in Iowa not so many years ago. Our grandchildren love reading the book with us and seeing the wonderful pictures.

This book is adorable! A must have for every teacher! My seven year old laughed out loud, my nine year old has read it four times and we just got it today. She cannot wait to bring it to school around Christmas time to read aloud to the class. The illustrations are wonderful! I couldn't help but notice the detail of fabrics and the showing of bright green crocs.

This is a must have for anyone who has ever been to, or whose children have participated in, a Christmas Pageant. Darling story in easy-to-read and understand poetry.

I have seldom read such a well written, solidly constructed story. As I read this for the very first time, I found myself reading aloud, because the pure simplicity of the story pulled from me a long buried story teller. I will be telling this story to the children around the tree this year, and probably for years to come. It is an easy read, with a very strong and clear message. The story gives a glimpse of life in another time, and the yet the message is modern and poignant.

More than anything else I've ever read, this story captures the essence of Christmas. It is very inspirational, well written and delivers great impact.

I highly recommed it for readers of all ages, all backgrounds, and all religions.

This is a keeper you will want to share.

It shows that families can't be apart and the pictures are pretty. the book is also based on a true story.

I have read this book and find it extremely inspirational. Depending on what emotion I am feeling at the time I read it, I can find new meanings in what the author is saying.

This book sells out at every autograph signing. It is an inspirational story for all ages. It is an excellent gift book that says if you believe in something strongly, you will achieve whatever you wish.
